How to eat an Oreo

This week we have been practicing 'how to' writing and the kids have had so much fun with it!! They have had to learn to be very specific when telling someone how to do something. They dictated to me how to eat an Oreo and how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich! It got messy and the kids had lots of laughs!!! But it got them thinking about specific details!!! Next week they will be writing another 'how to' for part of their test! I think they're ready!!!
